The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Great place to visit for a trip to Antigua. Magnificent central location, really close to good restaurants and shopping, and the central park, restaurants and cafes. Also, close to activities. Good service, parking nearby:)))

The room was cozy and cute, but we heard noise from next door.

location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants, the park and the local market, all the great restaurants and amazing hanging gardens. we had early meal in ta'cool taco shop, based nearby. the food was good and we enjoyed it.

The breakfast was good overall, but

I was surprised to find an extra charge for milk with my coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the thin walls made it easy to hear conversations in the hallways. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring.

Generally very good service with parking nearby. Local and good meals. Attentive, exceptionally kind staff with smiling face...

Rooftop views made mornings lovely.

The staff were attentive and exceptionally kind all the time. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

The room was spacious and comfortable with lovely amenities, and the staff were nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was also delicious and varied.

Thin walls led to noise issues.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable rooms, perfect for our group getaway. The location made it easy to explore the park and local shops. Don't miss the excellent rooftop views! Just a heads up, the parking isn't directly at the hotel, and you'll need to park a couple of blocks away. But overall, we would definitely return!

We did encounter some noise issues from a neighboring disco, made it tough to sleep before 11 PM. It was definitely a distraction .

This charming hotel had a beautiful garden area that was perfect for my kids to play in. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast with locally sourced options, and my children loved the cozy rooftop terrace where we spent some quality family time taking in the volcano views.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

Couples seeking charm

The staff was very accommodating! They actually packed us a full bag with food and drinks because we had to leave early for a climb. This was above and beyond!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the value, I'd say it was still acceptable.

The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to the park and shopping. The staff were helpful, eager to assist whenever we needed something. The rooftop views were fine when the weather was nice.

Unfortunately, loud late-night noises from nearby venues made it tough to get a good night's sleep. It was a pretty irritating distraction .

The historical charm of the building stands out, offering beautiful aesthetics and a spacious room with a lovely garden view. Breakfast had good options, but I found it frustrating to be charged for tortillas while other items were complimentary. The lack of soundproofing next to a nearby disco created a significant noise issue. The strict rules regarding towel use felt excessive, detracting from the overall experience.
